Attacked by illness

Meeting SceneRay

I've been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for 15 years, a condition the medical community calls the "untreatable cancer." When medication isn't working, my entire body trembles, my teeth chatter, my mouth and eyes become crooked, and I drool profusely. The flesh of my limbs becomes sore, numb, stiff, painful, and swollen. I can't turn around when standing, sit up, or even turn over when lying down. Even in the scorching summer heat, I feel a chill within the bones and flesh of my limbs. It's excruciatingly uncomfortable, leaving me unable to sleep during the day or at night. Completely unable to care for myself, suffering from the torment and unable to even survive a moment, I've finally decided it's best to end it all.

After learning that the brain pacemaker produced by Suzhou Jingyu Medical Devices Co., Ltd. can effectively control Parkinson's symptoms, I decided to use the Jingyu brand—our own national brand.

For those of us who suffer from the torment and devastation of Parkinson's, controlling our symptoms and being able to take care of ourselves is a dream we long for.

Lying on his sickbed, recalling the glorious past

As a soldier with flesh and blood and emotions, I've endured forty years, enduring wars where artillery fire roared to the skies, mountains shook, and life and death could be decided in an instant. And during these more than fourteen thousand days and nights, the longing of those who died in the Sino-Vietnamese counterattack weighs heavily on us surviving comrades. It weighs like a heavy stone on our hearts. And as someone confined to a hospital bed, I yearn for that unforgettable era, those unforgettable days, that unforgettable place, and those unforgettable comrades. I long for the opportunity to return to the place where we once shed our blood, to share a glass of wine and a few words with those departed comrades. Those brothers who bravely sacrificed their lives were still young, in the prime of their lives, sacrificing their precious lives for the peace of their motherland, the happiness of their people, and the strength of their country. They rest in peace in a foreign land, their bones buried in a foreign land.

I miss them so much, and I wish I could leave my sickbed and visit them in person.

Good improvement after surgery.

Returning to the ancestral site to remember our comrades.

After using a pacemaker produced by Suzhou Jingyu Medical Devices Co., Ltd., my Parkinson's symptoms were effectively controlled. I could roll over and stand up on my own, even marching as before. After several adjustments, my symptoms stabilized, and I felt better and better. I took the initiative to invite my former comrades to join me on a trip to the Guangxi-Yunnan border, where we once lived. There, I practiced formations with them, practiced rifles and artillery under the scorching sun, and climbed poles and laid lines. The clatter of orderly trots during morning exercises, the resounding calls, and the resounding and earth-shaking singing in the square at night still resonate in my ears. At the place where we fought together, I laid a bouquet of flowers for our deceased comrades, bowed deeply, and said affectionately: "Comrades, we have come to see you today!"

My fellow comrades were filled with deep affection. We hugged each other and wept.

Forty years have passed, and as we, old comrades, lay flowers and pour wine at the graves of familiar martyrs at the Martyrs' Cemetery, it's like stepping back in time forty years. Everything feels so real, so moving. We all say in unison, "Comrades! We've come to see you. We haven't forgotten you—dear brothers and sisters, our Party, our country, and the people of this country will never forget you!!!"

Fulfill your wishes and envision a bright future

Despite struggling with Parkinson's disease for fifteen years, I've managed to stand shoulder to shoulder with my old comrades, never falling behind. This is thanks to the superior technology and quality of the Jingyu pacemaker from Suzhou Jingyu Medical Devices.

This has allowed me to fulfill a forty-year wish and a complex feeling.

I want to sincerely thank you—Jingyu!

I sincerely hope that all Parkinson's sufferers will have a bright and beautiful future, just like the meaning of the Chinese character "Yu" (Yu).
