Healing Divine Song

Release date:2020-02-22

Mr. Ren, a 46-year-old patient, had suffered from Parkinson's disease for eight years. His main symptoms included severe limb tremors, stiffness, and difficulty turning.

Before developing Parkinson's, Mr. Ren was a salesperson. He was cheerful, enthusiastic, and well-liked. His work required frequent travel, and he loved to travel widely, making friends across the vast landscape of China. He initially thought his life would continue this way.

A turning point came after a sports injury.

In 2007, at the age of 37, Mr. Ren sprained his ankle while running. After recovering from his injury, he began to feel something was wrong with his body: numbness and stiffness in his feet. Because he was young, no one initially thought it was Parkinson's disease. After nearly six months of seeking medical treatment, he was finally diagnosed with Parkinson's. For the first two years, medication controlled his condition well. Although he could no longer work, he had no problem running around near home. However, as his disease progressed, his symptoms became increasingly difficult to control, and his medication dosage increased, and the side effects became increasingly noticeable. Every time the medication wore off, Mr. Ren would be overcome by intense tremors, sweating profusely. His shirt would cycle back and forth several times a day, and his weight plummeted, leaving him emaciated. Unable to leave his home or work, the resilient Mr. Ren taught himself English, Japanese, and Korean, and even learned handicrafts, hoping to acquire a skill once he recovered. However, his doctor told him that Parkinson's disease was an incurable disease, like an immortal cancer. The physical pain and psychological devastation left Mr. Ren feeling hopeless.

It wasn't until 2016 that Mr. Ren learned from his attending physician that Parkinson's disease could be treated with surgery. This led him to SceneRay Medical's new generation of wireless remote brain pacemakers.

SceneRay Medical's R&D team, established in 2009 in Suzhou Industrial Park, has since applied for 122 patents, including three international patents. The Jingyu pacemaker boasts numerous technological and performance innovations, surpassing similar products both domestically and internationally. Since its official launch in 2016, it has brought new hope to patients suffering from Parkinson's disease.

After extensive research and with the help of friends and family, Mr. Ren finally decided to undergo surgery and receive a Jingyu wireless remote brain pacemaker. The procedure was a complete success.

After the procedure, Mr. Ren's tremors were significantly controlled. In October, Mr. Ren participated in a patient education event organized by SceneRay Medical at Ruijin Hospital. As a spokesperson for veteran patients, Dr. Li Dianyou performed on-site adjustments for Mr. Ren. Dr. Li's exceptional skills enabled him to set completely different parameters for each side of his brain. Mr. Ren's severe tremors and rigidity were significantly improved, and side effects such as dyskinesias were also effectively controlled. His mental state improved significantly, and his weight gradually recovered. Within three months, he gained 20 kilograms, significantly improving his physical condition.

SceneRay "New Generation SceneRay Wireless Remote Brain Pacemaker" is the only product on the market that supports differential frequency stimulation of left and right brain electrodes. This allows for completely different frequency, voltage, and pulse width settings based on the severity of left and right hemisphere symptoms and midline symptoms. This solves the problem of being unable to treat both limb and midline symptoms simultaneously, improving treatment effectiveness and significantly reducing side effects.

Mr. Ren now lives a fulfilling life every day. He wakes up in the morning and strolls through the nearby park. Then, he comes home to learn Japanese and Korean and make handmade leather bags. His tremors have subsided, and his craftsmanship has become more comfortable. Mr. Ren is a naturally optimistic person. As his health gradually improves, he has time to hang out with friends and chat, and he's planning to return to society.
