STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION:
The SR1621 Physician Programmer consists of an SR1811 External Programmer (including the programmer, an arm strap, and optional AA batteries; the AA batteries are optional) and a TF card (containing the SR1620 Physician Programmer software installation package). 

INDICATIONS FOR USE:
The Physician Programmer is intended for use by physicians to program stimulation programs, adjust stimulation parameters, turn on/off, and measure relevant parameters of implantable pulse generators and test stimulators.
